
Hi, I’m Katie — a nutritionist and naturopath, and someone who truly understands how complex and exhausting your relationship with food can feel.
Alongside my formal training, my work is deeply informed by my own long history with binge eating. I know first-hand that binge eating isn’t about willpower, discipline, or “trying harder.” It’s often a response to restriction, emotional overwhelm, unmet physical needs, and a nervous system that’s been stuck in survival mode for too long.
My recovery journey shaped not only how I support others, but why. I wanted to move away from approaches that focus on control and perfection, and toward care that is compassionate, realistic, and sustainable.
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science, a Diploma in Nutrition, a Diploma in Naturopathy, and a Diploma in Business. This combination allows me to blend evidence-informed nutrition and naturopathic care with practical, real-life strategies that actually work outside of textbooks.
My approach is holistic and non-diet. I look at the whole picture — food, digestion, hormones, stress, emotions, habits, and lived experience — to help you build safety, trust, and consistency around food. Whether we’re working through binge eating recovery, nutrition planning, or naturopathic support, my goal is always the same: to help you feel calmer in your body and more confident in yourself.
